INTI SCHOLARSHIPS

INTI College Sabah gives away numerous scholarships each year to deserving freshmen who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in their studies or sports. Under the INTI Freshmen Scholarships, qualified candidates may apply for any one of the following scholarships:

ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

    MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

    Each merit scholarship is awarded for one programme enrolled only

    SPORT / SPECIAL TALENT SCHOLARSHIP

    Criteria :
    State or national players for the past two years  
    Value of Scholarship Application Deadline:  
    • Full-tuition or half-tuition fee waiver for the study period specified by INTI College Sabah
  • January/May Intake     :
    		• 2 weeks after semester begins
  • September Intake        :
    		•  1 week after semester begins

    Conditions of Scholarship Awards
    1.
    To be considered for the scholarship awards, candidates must apply for admission into INTI College Sabah.
    2.
    An applicant must fulfill the minimum scholarship criteria and entry requirement for the programme applied for.
    3.
    An applicant must complete and submit the scholarship and admission application forms before the deadline.
    Supporting documents and an admission application fee of RM100 should also be attached.
    4.
    The awards are given as tuition fee waiver, the recipients need to pay the remaining tuition fee, degree franchise fee (if any) and miscellaneous fees every semester.
    5.
    The terms and manner in which the scholarship awards are disbursed will be decided by INTI College Sabah.
    6.
    The awards are renewable on a semesterly basis, provided the recipients do not fail any courses and maintain an average of 65%.
    7.

    Sport / special talent scholarship is renewable on a semesterly basis. Recepient must attain:

    (a) Full Passes

    (b) Average score of 50% for Diploma in Hotel Management Programme, or

    (c) Average score of 40% for other programmes.
    8.
    The awards will be terminated upon completion of the study period specified by INTI College Sabah and are not transferable within the INTI Group of Colleges.
    9.
    All decisions made by INTI College Sabah are final.
